PMC Group's New Organizational Structure Sharpens Customer Focus

Effective April 1, PMC Group is reorganizing its Swedish operation. The subsidiaries Inab, Gustaf Terling, Hydraulikleverantören's hydraulics business and Hydraul Syd's operations in Lidköping, south-central Sweden, are merging to create a new company, PMC Hydraulics AB.

"The creation of PMC Hydraulics means we can utilise our resources more effectively, thus enhancing our customer offering," commented Mikael Andersson, CEO and President of PMC Group, "as part of this work, we also took a decision to build nationwide servicing and after-market resources."

PMC Hydraulics is active in mobile hydraulics and large-scale industrial projects. It has 125 employees and estimated annual sales of some SEK 400 m. Mikael Lundgren, formerly CEO of Gustaf Terling, has been appointed CEO.

Hydraulikleverantören will continue to focus on mobile and industrial lubrication. As a result, this company will change corporate name to PMC Lubrication AB.

Other PMC Group subsidiaries have either already adopted PMC in their names, or will do so during the first half-year 2009.

"The new corporate names are part of our endeavor to present ourselves more clearly to customers," continued Mr. Andersson, "with this shared identity, it will be easier to see what we stand for and the breadth of our skills."
