This change process is ongoing daily, and its drive and direction is determined by customers. It is the ability to deliver what customers demand that determines competitiveness.
In the year, work on Group-wide processes intensified. The orientation is to audit local processes, identify best practice and define processes that harmonize with customer expectations in dialogue with them.
